Expanded Metal Machine

Expanded metal machines are industrial equipment used to produce expanded metal sheets typically used in applications such as architectural and industrial settings. They have production capacities based on desired eye and thickness specifications, with various mold options available. Expanded metal machines enable production without waste due to their expanding feature.

The machine flattens the standard expanded metal by straightening it with a cold roller, leaving a uniform, smooth, and flat surface on the used metal.

Perforation Machine
Perforation Machine

Perforation machines involve the process of perforating sheets with specific patterns to create voids. Through a driver feed mechanism and molds, different void ratios can be achieved. These machines are used in architectural and industrial applications and can produce both sheet and coil formats.

Lazer Cut Machine
Lazer Cut Machine

In our laser cutting machines, architectural patterns of all kinds can be cut from 0.5 mm to 10 mm according to the desired dimensions. Product precision is high in this manufacturing process, providing diversity with a wide range of products. Our machine park features high-tech CNC laser cutting, ensuring burr-free and high-quality surface processing.

Bending Machine
Bending Machine

Bending allows metal to be bent at different angles, enabling architectural designers to be more free and creative. As a result, mesh metal materials can be adapted for more unique and personalized designs. These metal sheets stand out for their lightness, strong structure, and aesthetic appearance, thanks to their special holes or openings. With CNC bending technology, they can be bent into different shapes and sizes.

Welding

Surface Treatments Add Color and Extend the Life of Expanded Metal

Various surface treatments not only enhance the appearance of expanded metal but also provide excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties, thereby extending its service life. We can offer surface treatments such as hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, and anodizing for expanded metal.

Powder Coating
Powder Coating

Powder coating allows us to apply any RAL color to our panels. The powder, attracted to the metal surface due to its static charge, melts and undergoes a chemical reaction when heated in the oven, resulting in a highly durable outer layer. The thickness of the coating can vary from a minimum of 60 microns for indoor applications to 120 microns for outdoor use. Powder coatings contribute to achieving the desired aesthetic outcome and can result in matte, satin, or glossy finishes. Products with powder coatings exhibit excellent color retention and possess a highly durable top layer. The electrostatic painting process creates an optimal adhesive and corrosion-resistant surface, ensuring a long lifespan even under processes like cutting, drilling, and milling. Additionally, we offer an optional anti-graffiti coating that prevents graffiti and stickers from adhering to the surface.

Anodizing
Anodizing

Anodizing is a process that provides aluminum with a stainless protective layer. As a result, a durable product with an unlimited lifespan and minimal maintenance requirements is obtained. Its appearance is preserved, preventing it from blackening. During anodization, aluminum undergoes an accelerated oxidation process, transforming its surface layer into aluminum oxide. The thickness of this layer depends on whether the product is intended for indoor or outdoor use. Anodized aluminum can naturally have a matte or glossy surface, and various colors such as bronze, silver, or gold can be added. This makes it a preferred choice in different sectors such as construction, automotive, and aerospace where properties like corrosion resistance and durability are crucial.

Hot Dip Galvanize
Hot Dip Galvanize

Galvanized steel is protected against corrosion and has a highly durable protective layer. Thermal galvanization provides a thick and uniform coating across the entire surface of the panels. Small damages of approximately 3 millimeters deep do not affect the lifespan of galvanized panels. Thermal galvanization involves immersing the steel in low-grade liquid zinc at 0°C, ensuring equal protection for both exterior and interior areas of the structure. Steel and zinc combine to form a galvanized alloy, sealed with a layer of pure zinc. Galvanized products are highly resilient, require minimal maintenance, and offer maximum protection at minimal cost. Galvanized steel can be used outdoors and can be coated in any color.
